DESIGN AND MEASUREMENT SERVICES
In order to support the production efficiency of our customers and provide the most comprehensive service possible, we offer a range of design and consulting services aimed at improving the order fulfillment process, introducing new products to the market, verifying and controlling the quality of the existing production or its optimization.

3D scanning on modern scanners with full data processing and modelling (Geomagic software). 3D instrument inspection, quality control, reverse engineering, design support.
We offer printing of elements up to 500x500mm (Simplify 3D software, PrusaSlicer, Ultimaker Cura 4.6). We ensure preparation of files / models for printing (geometry cleaning), precision and durability of prints.
We perform overloading calculations and related calculations – FEM (Midas NFX software) and ANSYS (Discovery SpaceClaim). We offer static and dynamic analyses, thermal simulations, optimizations.
Design of integrated circuits
We offer integrated circuit design and low current electrical design (software including Fusion 360 and many others). With our simulation and generative design tools we can guarantee the feasibility of your design in production.
In our offer we provide structural and documentary design (SolidWorks, SolidWorks Visualise, Solidworks Composer, TrailerWin, CAM Esprit, CC Adobe Suite). It is possible to combine into one package for product prototyping.
We make prototypes of machines, jigs, assemblies and components, feeder solutions for production, agricultural and workshop tools. Type of prototype and scope of workmanship is determined individually, depending on project requirements.
Programming and optimization of robotic workstations, design and construction of welding jigs or additional grippers for the robot, consultancy and direction of the production robotization process, recommendation of robotic workstation integrator.
